Like any other skill, dieting becomes easier with time and practice.
so i’ve been eating awful…

but haven’t gained any weight according to the scale, but gained half an inch on my waist. Time to get back into the groove of things. im no longer following the atkins diet, but instead am just going to eat alot of vegetables and cut out bread and sugar.

Sooo…

I’ve lost some followers probably due to not posting as much. But I’m back down to 158 so I lost the weight I gained in vegas which is awesome.

4 months and a week until I’m a bridesmaid’s at my brothers wedding…

Got to lose as much weight as I can. How much do you guys think is possible?

So I just woke up…

It’s almost 1:30. Had 3 cups of coffee with milk. I’m going to wait for that to kick in then ill work out. Can the milk count as my breakfast??

I have a confession…

I’m sort of recovering from an eating disorder. There was a time when the only thing I was eating was tomato soup, I lost 30lbs in 2months. Now, I’ve gained it all back and am trying to lose 20 more pounds being healthy. But it’s really hard because it’s so slow…
